Engaging with Professional Services
Buying the software was the easy part. Implementing the software the right way and maintaining it over the years to maximize your organization’s operational efficiencies and incorporate Industry Best Practices is the real challenge. Over the last several years, Campus Management has introduced a number of new sophisticated features and products as part of the CampusVue suite. Campus Management's Professional Services organization would like to get your feedback on your previous implementation experience in order to improve the process going forward, introduce these features to you, share with you the potential benefits to your school(s), and discuss considerations for moving forward with an implementation and/or configuration update.
Talisma CRM
The Talisma CRM track is designed for all professionals using the Talisma product, and sessions assume a level of knowledge of constituent relationship management.  Information shared will detail what is new in the solution as well as what enhancements are on the product roadmap. Several best practice sessions highlight topics such as implementation best practices for admissions, best practices for marketers, and how to upgrade to and utilize the latest release. The track includes an "Ask the Experts" forum that provides a valuable opportunity to hear how others effectively use Talisma CRM.
Talisma Fundraising for Non-Profit Professionals
This track is designed for development professionals with the goal of providing assistance in enhancing their fundraising skills. Discover tools for better analysis and benchmarking of your fundraising efforts. From cultivation to stewardship, see how Talisma Fundraising can empower you to build and grow your organization's fundraising. This track connects you with like-minded professionals for networking and information sharing.
Talisma Fundraising Interactive
Designed for users who interact daily with many areas of Talisma Fundraising, this track explores the higher level features of application. In this track, you will be introduced to the new and expanded functionality that is in our latest version of Talisma Fundraising. You’ll also be shown how to use existing features more effectively. Throughout the breakout sessions in Talisma Fundraising Interactive, you can discuss best practices with our Talisma experts and learn how other users interact with Talisma Fundraising, using its powerful tools and features to increase fundraising efficiency.
Enrollment and Student Services
The Enrollment & Student Services track is designed for professionals who work in the areas of recruitment, enrollment, student accounts, career services, residence life and a variety of other student services.  The sessions within this track are meant to provide information on how best to utilize CampusVue Student, share what’s new in the product, and create opportunities to network with peers from other institutions.
Managing Technology
The Managing Technology track provides a broad spectrum of technology topics for professionals working in any area of IT. Sessions range from portal to disaster recovery, scalability to APIs, and e-Learning to higher education technology trends.  Participants will find value in hearing from product and industry  experts as to what is new, and what is planned, for the variety of technologies and services that support CampusVue and your institution overall.
Financial Aid
The Financial Aid Track offers financial aid professionals of all levels a very in-depth look at the functionality provided by CampusVue Student Financial Aid. This year’s sessions include an update on regulatory issues, a multi-part presentation on automated processing, discussions on direct lending, and a preview of new features being delivered in upcoming releases.
Customer Support
Providing superb customer support is at the heart of Campus Management’s Client Services Department. At CampusInsight 2010, the Customer Support track allows you to discuss, face-to-face, your support issues with some of the finest technical analysts in the educational software industry. During CampusInsight’s user conference (April 22nd through April 23rd), you can sign up for personal 30-minute consultations with our top support analysts and engineers. These consultations provide you with the expert-level assistance that you need to help resolve your product-related technical issues. The Customer Support track also features the Genius Bar, a walk-up help desk where you can ask our product support geniuses a quick technical question and get an answer on-the-spot with no appointment necessary. So, please stop by the Customer Support area at CampusInsight 2010 to schedule a consultation and speak with a genius!
Academic Management
The Academic Management track targets information for professionals serving in the registrar, faculty and academic services and academic support offices and roles. Track sessions focus on how to maximize the logic and features in CampusVue Student, what is new within the solution, how to effectively use reporting to support your efforts, and best practices/networking discussions amongst attendees.
Complementary Sessions
Each session in our Complementary Sessions track  provides in-depth information on a unique product or subject. Look for sessions offered by our sponsors, including executive sponsor and conference badge sponsor Ambassador College Bookstores, and executive sponsor SchoolDocs both of whom will describe their unique solutions. Also, our Roadmap sessions on Thursday morning from Campus Management Director of Product Management, Corey O'Donnell and Director of Talisma North America, Dan Germain will review the major enhancements made across our suite of products since CampusInsight 2009 with a look toward enhancements coming in the next year.
